Norodom Sihamoni was born on 05/14/1953 in Phnom Penh, was the son of the King of Cambodia Norodom Sihanouk and Queen Norodom Sihanouk Monineath. Since 1959-1975, the king lived and studied in Prague (former Czechoslovakia, now the capital of the Czech Republic), before moving to Korea in high school film techniques.
